- Best Songster would go to the Nightingale.
- Longest Time In Flight would go to the Common Swift. (10 months)
- Best Talker would be the African Grey Parrot.
- Laying The Biggest Egg in proportion to body size would be the chicken-sized Kiwi.
- Best Shock absorber in the head would go the Woodpecker.
Each bird has its own unique ‘gold’ ability. However, just imagine the Penguin trying to beat the Ostrich to a race on feet. It’s insane right?
