Lalaa Consulting conducted a detailed audit of the real estate industry and market in southwest Nigeria, to identify the unserved/underserved needs and wants of the market.

Brand Inventory & Analysis

We also conducted a disciplined and systematic analysis to develop the new venture’s brand essence and personality.

Brand Naming & Registration

Following the aforementioned, the brand name ABBODE COMPANY was created and registered with the relevant institutions such as Corporate Affairs Commission.

Brand Ideology & Positioning Statement

Following the analytics we were able to define his brand ideology (mission, vision and values) and establish a credible brand position which was (a) Different from competition (b) Relevant to the target group (c) Credible for our client to deliver on (d) Extendable across the valuation, construction, facility management and consultancy arm of the business.

Design of Brand Identity and Collaterals

Following the aforementioned, a logo was developed for the brand. This was translated into marketing and corporate function collaterals. The brand identity manual was also developed.
